TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to services provided by Patricia Moore to you. Upon booking  you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

MAKING A BOOKING

Booking Patricia Moore for her services can be made up to 1 week before upon availability. Booking is fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a non-refundable deposit. 

​

To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. If the deposit is due within two (2) weeks of services, the full balance is due to secure the appointment. If the services are a destination outside of Atlanta, GA and the deposit is due within one (1) month of the services, the full balance is due. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable after seven (7) days have elapsed from the date of contract signing. 

 

PAYMENT: The final balance is due on the day of the event before services are rendered as one payment - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, cashier’s checks, CashApp ($MrsMakeup1), PayPal (reflectionslovenme@gmail.com), or money orders made payable to Patricia Moore. Payments made prior to the event by check, for Returned Checks a fee of $45 is charged.

WEDDING MAKEUP BOOKINGS

All wedding services Require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel the booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $50 non-refundable deposit, and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.

PAYMENT

Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, confirmation will be sent to your email. The balance stated is to be finalized the week or day of your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Acceptable forms of payment include, Cash, Cash App Apple Pay or Paypal. *NO CHECKS ON DAY OF SERVICE.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required in full at the time of booking. If for any reason you need to cancel, please notify us in accordance with the details listed in the Services above. At that time, we can reschedule your booking (if applicable). There is a $50 charge to reschedule makeup bookings; a cancellation fee of $75 still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.

TRAVEL

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to locations more the 30 minutes outside of Atlanta GA, a quote can be provided upon your request. Traveling outside of the state of Georgia will require a provision for airfare, transportation to and from the airport, and hotel.

PARKING

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Patricia Moore requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Patricia Moore have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterized and not limited to for example, eczema, sensitive skin and eyes, etc.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Patricia Moore reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with your written consent, of course!
